With the new ownership/management they now have online ordering. Order was complete and ready to pick up on time. Great service. But comparing it to the previous management the taste is off. The pizza is very similar but I think the seasoning is slightly less flavorful. The chicken wings used to be fantastic (a mix of dry rub and buffalo sauce), now just ho hum. This location used to have great pizza. If you like dried out too crispy crust and watery sauce this is the place for you! The cheese seems like fake cheese or an awful cheese blend. It didn't even melt! Just laid on top of the pizza and had a weird texture. It was brown and dried out. The toppings that are underneath the cheese were sitting in the watery sauce. Gross!!

Something wasn't right last night. I don't know if the pizza dough recipe has changed or if it just stayed in the oven too long, but the thin crust was too crisp on the edges (just shy of being burnt), and even had a different texture. This is the single worst pizza we've ever gotten from this location. Though this has been one of our favorite places, now we're a little gun shy about going back.

I called this location this evening to place an order. I placed my order and was placed on hold before payment. I proceeded to hold twenty minutes. I then hung up and called back. When I called back Sean the manager got on the line. When I told him I was on hold twenty minutes, he immediately Told me he did not believe me. I let him know I had a screenshot of the timer. Worst pizza experience I have had! I Ordered $50 worth of delivery which included a large double dough pepperoni pizza, a chief sandwich, two orders of fries, and two cokes. First of all my pizza was like frozen cold and hard as a rock with 7 pepperoni on it and barely any sauce or cheese which is just the opposite of how you want to eat pizza..next my sandwich which I double checked several times with the girl on the phone was the wrong sandwich and again cold...then no fries were delivered at all!!!! The worst experience the worst pizza on this trip! I had to wait to place this review because I was so upset with my order!! I ordered their Chicago deep dish which took over 1 1/2hrs to get but then when I received it and took it home it was disgusting!! It was doughy in the center and not completely done! I ended up tossing it. The only reason I didn't call back there was because, I didn't want to speak with that crew on that shift since they all seemed pissed to be at work! I'm sorry but this pizza just screams OMG I could have had frozen and saved a ton. The cheese definitely not top quality and the sauce was bland. I asked for mushrooms and Canadian bacon but only got mushrooms. A total rip and the wings are limited in choice plus way overdone. Will not be trying this place again and I'll just stick with my favs.

We have ordered from here with hit and miss results for a few years now. Tonight was the worst by far and I hope that I remember this pizza. Unfortunately all of my other local choices are Dom/phut/barro mediocre crap. No consistency at this rosattis store. Good sometimes. Tonight crust was way tough and chewy and hardly any red sauce.Way dry. Evened burned on top. WTF. I'm done.

I m from chicago. 50 yrs. have eaten Rosati s for many of those yrs. Been here in Arizona since 2005. Frequented this pizza place since i ve been here. The last two times i ve been back. Pizza has been much to be desired. Always state and recommend the best thin crust in az. No more. Now its chewy have to pull at it get a bite. Prices higher quality lower. Now the beef sandwich. .
