Won't be ordering from here again. Been ordering from this location for years and in the Midwest. Tonight's order was placed on the phone and when we went to pick it up, it was wrong. We waited almost an hour. Only to have 2 of the pizzas sit under a heat lamp while they made one right. The pizzas cheese was thick and hard. The crust tasted awful. Customer service is an insult. Never again.

I am really disappointed... I planned on a $50+ order, but they are only 3.7 miles away, they refused to deliver to me. I was really looking forward to a CHicago deep dish pizza, but apparently they only want to deliver within a one mile area. I hope you fail with your BS delivery area.

Their customer service is horrid. We walked in at 8pm. Their sign said open until 11. The door was even open. We waited for several minutes and were ignored by several staff members, who made eye contact. Finally made a very small order for take out. Never coming back.

We ordered on the phone. They said 15-20 minutes. We got there and payed $48.00 for a medium pizza w/ 1 topping and 2 Italian beef steak subs. After waiting 45 minutes longer from the time we arrived we received our food. They said sorry it took so long we are short on help tonight. ( there were 5 people in the kitchen that I could see, plus the girl at the counter). Poor excuse for bad service. I've been ordering from here for years but recently my last 3 orders have been messed up to the point that I asked if it was under new management. I order for our team at work so usually it's a fairly large order, the last pie was a mess. Cheese all over the place the pizza cut half a$$edly and cold. This is the second time in 3 months. Very disappointed with the order again! I like the Chopped Salad with veges, chicken, tortellini. Even when i ask for what is in the menu listed for this $9.95 salad, they fail! Im done! Rigatonis across the street has superior pizza and salad! Bye bye Rosatis! Poof!!!

I used to love Rosatis but I am done!! In December the 12 inch double dough was 14.95. Pricy for pizza with nothing on it. I still endured because it's good pizza. It slowly started losing quality and my pizzas were completely wrong a few times. Hers where my relationship with this Rosatis ended. I got mailed a menu and coupons. You should be ashamed of yourselves for your performance tonight. Dinner was supposed to take an hour to get here. It took 2. Then dinner got here and the box it came in literally fell apart because you had left it on the counter so long before delivering to us. Then we open it and it's literally pasta with basically a can of sauce on it. No meat, no cheese. At that point it wasn't even worth the calories, so we threw it in the trash. I'm a southside Irish / Italian from Chicago. I've worked for the Barracos family. The Durbin's family and even the Rosatis in chandler. Same owner of this location but for some reason this location always is too busy and has too big of an attitude. The phone girls are snotty and when u ask them a question their minds exploded.
