Stated they were open online, ordered a pizza, received confirmation, went to pick up the pizza and there was a handwritten sign saying they were closed. Had to reach out to corporate to get the charge cancelled on my credit card. They were not sympathetic and offered nothing to correct how unprofessional and inconvenient this was. Disappointing as we have been frequent customers.
Three employees. Not answering phones and not making carry out orders. While they are OPEN. Food has typically been good. Won’t go back.
Placed order online and waited for delivery. Tried calling once 20 minutes past expected delivery window and got no answer, 10 minutes later no answer again. Drove to location to find it closed with a sign posted “closed until further notice”. They need to turn off internet orders and get a voicemail message set up also
