I order a large pizza and wings, BBQ with a side of Buffalo (my nephew can’t take the heat) When the food was the delivered, we noticed we received buffalo wings. I called back, explained what happened, and they instantly apologized for the error and delivered the BBQ wings!!!
we ordered the monster thin crust. we got a. all cheese thin crust no meat no vegetables we pulled the cheese right off the pizza crust an nothing but cheese. definitely not going back. an being our first time there. it was said. was a slow day I can't believe they messed up our order don't waste you time or money.
We have gave this place over 10 chances every time they mess up something. From not bringing all the food we ordered, pasta we ordered upside down spilled all over pizza box to 45 minutes late for delivery. Always something and not once has anyone ever apologized. This place will never make it.

Ordered pizza online to be delivered at 530pm. After much drama finally received our order at 715pm. Very disappointing. Pizza tasted great but Waukee's Rosatis is seriously lacking in customer service and organization.
The thin crust 18” pepperoni pizza, fried ravioli and breadsticks were ok, they would have been really good hot. I placed the order around 5:15p and got it at about 6:45p, after calling back to check on it after an hour. I was already expecting an issue when the woman who took my order for delivery forgot to ask my address or how I was paying. Best pizza delivery in Waukee. I am over all the other chain pizza places and finally Rosati’s is here. Friendly service and always on time, always cooked perfectly.
Well worth the wait! Tastes just like what we had in Chicago recently. Great addition to food options in Waukee!!!
Despite having to wait a little bit for my pizza. They were excellent. It’s their first week, I don’t blame them. Ignore the ignorant people. They were very kind and kept me up to date on my pizza any time I asked. Food was delicious! 👍🏻
