RecommendedI normally recommend Rosati’s, however today when attempting to buy a slice of pizza, the front door was locked, the phone was ringing and pizza was in the warmer. This was at 11:15, when they open at 11. I waited a couple of minutes and tried again. There was more pizza in the warmer, but the door was still locked. I attempted to call, but got no answer. This isn’t normal, but it is extremely frustrating to waste my lunch break for nothing.
We ordered the thin crust pepperoni and a side of jalapeño poppers. Pizza was amazing and poppers were super yummy too—the ranch was also delicious. Food was done in reasonable time as well. Will definitely be back!
We went there and was hoping to sit in there and eat but our food was brought to us in togo bags. Not very friendly service and wasn't told it was carry put only. Won't be back.
At 4:30 yesterday afternoon I placed a carry out order to be picked up at 6:15. I arrived at the store at 6:20 and was told my food would be ready soon. I understand the restaurant was busy, as there were other customers waiting to get their food. It was the best pizza I have ever had! What a great surprise.
Honestly the worst service I’ve ever had. I’ve been here three times and keep giving them chances however I will no longer give another chance. The first time I waited for my pick up order for over 35 mins in the store. I came after the A lot of time they gave as I knew it might be a bit delayed… still waited 35 minutes. I wasn’t greeted for over 15 mins as there was no one at the front. We recently moved to Waukee from Chicago and Rosati’s was one of our favorite go to restaurants for pizza. Great crust, love the sauce and sausage. This location in Waukee meets the same level of high quality food and service as we had back in Chicago.
Amazing pizza. Our 1st experience was in Lake Havasue and this location has topped it. Thanks for coming to Iowa!
Deep dish is exceptional! Drove 20 minutes home with the pizza and it was still piping hot. Delicious premium ingredients with a perfectly crisp crust! Highly recommend!
