I call them, and they answer the phone with a simple hello, I asked if this was Rosatis pizza and he said it was. I than ordered a meatball Parm, I pick up the order and there is no cheese on it even though I paid for cheese. Won't ever order from them again, and if anyone knows where to order a meatball parm it would be gladly appreciated. Thanks

Was one of our favorite locations to eat, as of recent the customer service has gone down. Called to place an order 1 hour before they closed and the lazy staff didn't want to take my order. Rainbow location has better customer service.

Just got a burnt $30 pizza from Rosati's. Terrible! I've ordered from here multiple times but this is a first. Never thought I'd have to check the quality before picking up. Not the same, not sure what's going on. I'd like the manager/owner to reach out because this is unacceptable.
