The pizza isn't anything special. It was falling apart, soggy and had little to no flavor. The service was...ok. **Definitely try Rocco's NY pizza. It's way better and the service is always great!

Horrible customer service from the Rosati's located on Durango, received a pizza on 11/07/21, pizza was completely burnt on the bottom, could not eat. Call them with my complaint, they said they would make another, I related I did not eat to drive back and the girl stated we will take care of you next time. (my family had hit dogs that night in place of pizza) called on 11/10/21 to get my replacement pizza, was told they were only going to give me $5 off. Asked to speak to a manager, he got on phone all cocky and told me it... read more

We use this store at least 1 time a month. Unfortunately, the managment team there is horrible. Whenever there is a big event on tv (NFL Playoffs) this time, the "hour" wait turned into 1.5 hrs and there was NOT a pizza involved. Food showed up cold and was sent back. They offered us a "remake" but that would have been way to late. Our advice... Don't order here when there is any kind of major event on TV. Delivery young man was gracious and apologetic. Clearly a management issue. Again, not the first time this scenerio ha... read more

Absolutely terrible, overpriced, tasteless piece of cardboard one can buy. It took over an hour for delivery, which I can deal with. But, when it arrives, warm... That's some serious crap. I literally live five minutes away. I should have picked it up myself. Along with the cardboard pizza, came rubber boneless chicken tenders. Unbelievable! What a waist of time and money!

Absolutely terrible, overpriced, tasteless piece of cardboard one can buy. It took over an hour for delivery, which I can deal with. But, when it arrives, warm... That's some serious crap. I literally live five minutes away. I should have picked it up myself. Along with the cardboard pizza, came rubber boneless chicken tenders. Unbelievable! What a waist of time and money!

Ordered stuffed pizza but received regular pizza, and pizza dough feels like was cooked day before and today they just put toppings on top and put it in the oven for 5 mins to melt cheese, but all toppings slide off as soon you pick up slice and pie super hard, and just brakes in pieces. Worst pizza I ever had. First and last time I m buying from Rosatis.
