Ordered stuffed pizza but received regular pizza, and pizza dough feels like was cooked day before and today they just put toppings on top and put it in the oven for 5 mins to melt cheese, but all toppings slide off as soon you pick up slice and pie super hard, and just brakes in pieces. Worst pizza I ever had. First and last time I m buying from Rosatis.

Oh my God. This is the worst run business in town. I've ordered from them too many times and they always seem to mess it up. Totally incompetent. I'm done.

Ordered a ouzza and salad at 5:52. It's now 7:02 & still waiting. They are completely overwhelmed and disorganized. Don't waste your time.

Perhaps this is due to lack of quality of goods delivered during lock down, but I would rather wait to have good food than poor food for the sake of convenience. 1. The crust was flat, as if yeast was old and no salt used. Tastes stale 2. The sauce was flat with no seasoning, it was like a can of tomatoes opened and dumped--simply not quality and you would be kicked out of Chicago! 3. While toppings were okay, the sausage was inferior quality. Multiple large pieces of bone. Poor butchery and sausage making--sure it happ... read more

Company every time I've got come to pick up an order there never seem like they're happy to get the business and it's like they don't want people to come in you're bothering them a happy hello and a thank you and if the person is a customer wanna walk in that's very important if the person is a delivery driver that's coming in to pick up an order for someone it is good to let them know their order is ready and it's also good to be nice and friendly because of Driver becomes customers to order food as well for that reason I w... read more
