Definitely 1 start.. Would of at lease gave them two starts but how Bill, the so called manager treated me over the phone absolutely not polite or professional. I eat at this place before. Same name different location and their chicken Alfredo pasta was wonderful although I did dine in at the time. How ever I decided to order out this time what was totally the worst mistake. The Rosati Pizza on Hualapai Way doesn't have good pizza, sandwichs and no one seems to know prices, they make them up as they go along. One person says there is a $6.50 delivery charge the next one says no its only $3.50??? what gives, lack of knowledge. Menus are dated March 2019 that they attach to their pizza boxes, so coupons are already expired and can't be used. Manager Bill thinks his food is great and doesn't like to hear that his pizza wasn't good or his cannolis were stale. Why would I bother to call to tell him... read more

Absolutely pathetic service. I'm a long time loyal customer making regular orders every month. My delivery order was quoted at 45 min and after an hour I called the store and was told "we dropped it sorry we had to make another one it it will be late hahaha". Literally the punk on the phone laughed as he said it. Are you flipping kidding me???? Why didn't you call? Oh we didn't think it was a big deal. Oh really so is this pizza free now? No it's full price. Are you serious?!? After yelling at these dumbasses for 5 ... read more

Ordered the Chicago style monster pizza and a medium thin crust cheese pizza for the kids. Ehhh....for some reason everyone that recommended me this pizza as the best in LV....it's ehhh. I gave it 2 stars cuz my 5 year old loved that thin crust cheese pizza. The Chicago style one was ok, similar to Zachary's pizza in the bay. It's probably just not my style....crust was significant but not overwhelming where all you ate was crust. I don't think I'm ordering a Chicago style pizza again if this is the best....IMO. Worst pizza I have ever had also ordered mozzarella sticks that were so greasy will never get food from here again. I get Rosati's by my house and the food is amazing. The money I spent here just went in the garbage because it was so bad.
