My mother moved into Rose Lodge one week ago. The transfer form hospital was very swift and effectively managed, the liaison with her previous carers was very professional. Since her arrival she has responded to the high level of care from all the staff. Her room is immaculate and pleasant, although she would have preferred a downstairs location (at the moment only 1st floor rooms are available due to recent opening only two weeks ago.)
