New home so as problems arise they need to dealt with. The room very good and en-suite is fine. Staff definitely do interact. Meals at first could be a little cold but they have improved.

The care at Rose Lodge is exceptional - something which my father was in great need of having suffered neglect in his previous setting. If you have concerns about staffing levels and whether your parent will be treated with the respect, attention and care that you wish them to have in their later years I would definitely recommend Rose Lodge. My mother moved into Rose Lodge one week ago. The transfer form hospital was very swift and effectively managed, the liaison with her previous carers was very professional. Since her arrival she has responded to the high level of care from all the staff. Her room is immaculate and pleasant, although she would have preferred a downstairs location (at the moment only 1st floor rooms are available due to recent opening only two weeks ago.)
