The care home provides excellent dedicated care and staff. All needs are net with kindness and care. The home itself is like a five star hotel! Flexible about everything.

My mum moved into Rose Lodge for "end of life care." She was extremely well cared for, the home was beautiful, the staff were friendly and welcoming to residents and family. 5 star accommodation, 5 star care given with compassion and dignity. A big thank you to carers for giving mum a comfortable, dignified end of life care.

My husband has dementia, he has been at Rose Lodge since 12th March and already is much less depressed. He had had a urinary infection since mid-January. Peterborough Hospital on 16th March, Van Geest hospital Stanford 22nd January. My husband had become very confused and unhappy with all this moving about, but has had real TLC from each hospital at each hospital/care home. He has improved amazingly during this last week, enjoys his food, is often sociable and mostly rational and happy. My family and I are very grateful

My mother has been in Rose Lodge for two months. The staff are extremely friendly and make a genuine effort to do their best for mum. There are activities organised to keep mum's brain active and she is encouraged to use her zimmer frame to keep her physically active in her recovery from a stroke. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. The place is warm and comfortable and everything seems to work. The food, as far as I can tell is good, although mum does not eat much, I think you can have more or less what you want.... read more

I like Rose Lodge the food is enjoyable and the bedroom and en-suite are ok. The staff are pretty good.

Bedrooms comfortable. Enjoy meals/meal time. Staff - very good. Enjoy scrabble. Enjoy TV and newspaper.
