Very polite and warm staff. I did appreciate the work done and was so in a fairly timely manner. Initially I had to call several times to get through to a service man. I had expected a quicker response from the service people too. But the work was done well, and the service person was very pleasant and polite.

Great people at Rosen make this dealership our first choice for cars. We just purchased our third (used) car at Rosen and we tell all our friends how great Dave Schultz is.
