Always a Good Experience Staff is professional and prompt. They suggest scheduled maintenance but are never pushy. Prices are more than fair and about half what I've paid in the past at the chain auto service shops.

George I think 2.5 hrs just for oil change and simple recall (computer update) is to long.

Great experience Steve was the best !!! I have been coming to Rosen for 3 years now. The first customer service rep I had was awesome (I don't remember his name). He left and since then I have had what I would describe as mediocre service. Middle of the road. Steve, however, brought that high level of service back !!
