Slow service I don't think an oil change should take over an hour and a half but mine did. I would have liked to hear from the service department to find out why. There were others in the waiting room in the same situation. I hope this was an isolated case or I will be checking out other dealers in the area.

Still good Rosen is sometimes a hit/miss in what respects to attention. Sometimes you are explained everything they need to do and then confirmed on the main issues with your car. Sometimes it's a perfunctory nod and off to the waiting room. It depends on who's helping you. This time it worked well for me. I'll have to look for the same associate next time.
