Good Customer Service The customer service I received at Rosen Hyundai was great. Brandon at the service center was friendly and answered additional questions I had about sensors in my car and my warranty. Good experience and I will likely visit there again even when my oil changes aren't covered under warranty.

Great service I was able to get in for an appointment to take care of two recalls and an oil change. Was told my car would be ready in about 2 hours and it was pretty close to that time. Steve in the service department was friendly and provided great service.

Watch the price carefully The work is fine. I've been a customer for years and I do not feel that they are doing anything unethical or trying to sell what you don't need. They've very good about telling me in advance about work that will need to be done down the road. Everyone is courteous. HOWEVER, on more than one occasion I've used a coupon that Rosen sent me and pointed it out in advance... and then had to have them adjust the price at the end because they didn't apply it.
