I have always dreaded gong to a dealership to shop for a car but this was completely different. Easy peasy with no pressure filled minutes waiting on mangers to twist my arm. I dealt with a great salesmen, Justin Chavez, and that was it. No required add on, just the advertised on line price. I'll be back the next time I need a car.

Barely a fair experience this time. First time to take my car in (bought it elsewhere) and it felt like an inconvenience to them. Requested the shuttle home after drop off. Gave up and called for a ride after waiting 85 minutes with zero updates on why it was taking so long. Was supposed to get a free "20 point inspection" with service, got nothing. Work done was acceptable but experience was way below average for dealer service. I'll take it elsewhere next time.
