I happen to be a former loan officer and regional manager in the Mortgage business, I know through experience when I'm work with the best.
The only one who could get me deal done. Built trust and great reputation and will always be referred by me.
I had a very difficult time with not being able to use my money . I had with drawn money from my accounts and then wasnt allowed to deposit it for closing costs. This caused so much stress that I nearly had to flip to a different lender at the last minute.
Went above and beyond. Even had a notary come up from Flagstaff to Williams Az to have us sign all the papers during Elk season! ☺️
