Roy Franco was and is the most knowledgeable and caring mortgage representative. He always kept me abreast of current interest rates so that I could lock in at the best time. He has a very keen, intuitive sense about the financial market which impressed me greatly & gave me a level of confidence which i had never experienced with any other mortgage brokers! I have nothing but great esteem and appreciation for him. In addition, he is the most honest, caring, & affable person I have ever met.
Roy and his team worked hard all the way to the very end! As a first time home buyer I was overwhelmed with the process, but Roy worked behind the scenes and made the process easier handle. My questions were answered in a timely manner and submission of documents were completed with ease. I highly recommend Roy Franco!
Well, It was a very rocky start with another lender. My realtor Michelle Limones, then encouraged me to "hang in there", I had lost hope by this time. She referred me to Roy, that was hopeful, then we hit bumps in the road. I was loosing hope again, but Roy assured me he would do all that he could to make it happen. I am so grateful I hung in there, which would not have been possible without the tremendous support I received from Roy, and Michelle. I am now in my casita, and lovin it!

Roy Franco really knows his job very good at putting loans together and funding. He is the Manager and does his own loans as well i don't believe it would benefit him to be just a manager like i was. Because he has no other support maybe that why i was successful. I had a trainer and to follow up on all loans. Has a marketing person, a recruiter, and a loan processor which we ran it like a machine and created a lot of business. This is not a one man job so answer your own question.

I received quick responses to my emails and phone calls. Closed early and all my deals with Roy Franco, his team and New American. Would refer to New American and Roy Franco again!
