You would think that when you have an 8-1200 appointment and your tech shows at 4:30 I would write a negative review, but I think the technician has little to do with the schedule. Tony was well mannered, hard working, and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing, showed me pictures, and presented solutions in terms that even someone unfamiliar with HVAC systems could understand.. I give him 5 stars.

We have bought 2 whole unit sustem for two different residences and i have to say that Royal Air has downgrade from 5 stars to 3 stars. Their service isnt the way it was about 5 yrs ago
