We have used Royal Air several times and had them replace two of our old a/c units. David (our technician on this visit) was very knowledgeable and professional. He identified the problem and explained the issue. Unfortunately he had to have the office order the part. I was impressed with his service and would use Royal Air again.
Julio Padilla was great! Excellent customer service. He took his time to inform me of what's going on with my AC and provided several different types of solutions.
Gabe was very professional and courteous. He answered all my many questions and explained things so I could understand.
Royal Air was prompt and the technician was very courteous.

I appreciated these two service techs who came to perform maintenance on my Royal Air installed unit. They had a very professional manner and handled my concerns with an empathetic and effective approach. In spite of unforeseen delays that were unavoidable for them, these gents handled things efficiently and communicated things very well. Pleased to have met both of them.
Royal Air has always been prompt, courteous, and able to diagnose and repair my A/C with no issues. They are up front with the problems they find and their pricing.
Both gents were very courteous and helpful. They worked late into evening in extreme heat. Were very honest on all aspects of job. Enjoyed meeting these gents.
