After placing the repair visit I was contacted promptly by Royal air to describe the problem and set up appointment for next day, Sunday which was a nice surprise that they work on Sunday. I received text confirmation and Jeffrey the technician called 30 minutes from the house early in the time window allotted. A nice guy, Jeffrey identified himself and proceeded to trouble shoot the problem found to be a capacitor on 1 of 3 units. I was assigned this company through my home warranty company, and they did not disappoint. i was able to get an appointment the next day. I appreciated the text and call letting me know the technician was on the way and the estimated time of arrival. Joe arrived and identified the problem quickly.
