Arrived during predicted time. Technician very courteous and seemed knowledgeable. Refriderant detector was not working. Tech Was not ableto pinpoint leak of refrigerant. Topped off system said company would call and make follow up appointment. Appointment has not been made. Everytime they show up i have had to call back for follow up on their new under warranty system.(air handling unit).

The Tech came out & did a thorough inspection of our unit. He spent approximately 45 mins checking it out. The last company we used barely spent 15 mins then moved the pan under the A/C unit in the attic which then leaked causing a lot of damage. I am very pleased with Royal Air

Excellent Company that strives to get it right. Knowledgeable professionals that give great service. I had two 4 ton units installed and replaced the heaters 2 years ago. Everything works wonderful and Royal Air calls and makes appointments with me to month maintenance like clock work. Highly Recomended

Five star. Signed the contact at 3:00 I the afternoon and the crew had both units installed and fully operational by 9:30 that evening. Could not be happier with the company.
