I was very pleased with my service guy .. bout sure how to spell his name. My address is 11703 Cape Hyannis Dr. Houston, Tx. I think his name was Julio. In terms of the spelling. He was very curtious and professional. I would like him to be my service technician going forward. Great job !

The technician was very quick and knowledgeable about my AC. It was running cool air within minutes. I was glad I was under warranty. The company was very dependable.

This company is an absolute scam. I had to give them 1 star to be able to post this review. Their 4.5-star Google rating must be from friends/family of the company and not actual customers. They have over 200 complaints with the Better Business Bureau and 213 bad reviews on Yelp...the math isn't mathing with the Google rating! We purchased TWO units in November of 2023, and they installed the units in December of 2023. Please do not use this Company. They start of great and treat you like a Rockstar. BUT They will not stand by stand by service agreements for 2 times a year they come out and service and tune up like they promised. Then they contact you to re-up there agreement and when you call them to come out for spring they won't call and schedule. Then while you beg them for 3 weeks and your AC starts to have issues they want to charge you and put you almost a week before they will send a tech. Royal Air has let me down over the years with communication and abiding by their warranty. Initially I bought a $23,000 deluxe unit from them in 2018. One of the key selling points was a 10 year warranty. This included routine maintenance twice a year that Royal Air would initiate through a service call. After a few years they stopped initiated the call and the warranty contract lapsed during 2023. According to their records, I did not have maintenance that year. HORRIBLE !!!! The company did a bad installation job that caused my unit to fail under 5 months. I contacted them back for a repair which took a week for them to come by. All these days we are home with kids and No Ac upstairs. The technician and agent over phone tried to scam and trick me into buying additional protection accessories over $1050, taking advantage of the situation. Untrustworthy company. My AC unit broke within 2 months of installation. It took them 1 day to sell and install the unit, but 4 weeks to repair their work. Fast forward almost 2 years, the unit completely broke down. After have 2 separate third party HVAC companies come out to inspect our unit. Turns out the units installed were mismatched, installed incorrectly, and set up to fail from the start. Now I can't get Royal Air to return my calls.
