RUMPKE IS A JOKE WHEN I FIRST MOVED INTO MY HOUSE I WAS TOLD WE CAN BUY AN EXTRA CAN TO USE INSTEAD OF THERE CANS. I ALSO WAS TOLD WE CAN PUT OUT 6 TRASH BAGS IF NEED BE. THIS MORNING I GO GET MY CANS AND 1 WAS NOT EMPTYED CALLED AND COMPLAINED AND ALL I GOT WAS EXCUSES AND THAT THE DRIVER BEFORE SHOULD NOT HAVE DONE THAT. Rumpke is the absolute worst. First they make you sign a contract or else they'll continue to raise the price, and they still raise the "fixed price" even after you sign it. Second of all, the customer service hardly exists. They just say they can't do anything and push it off to another department, if they can't do that, then they just say they will call you back (which they never do). If your looking for a trash service company, best look for another one because Rumpke won't bring you satisfaction at all.
Made promises they did not keep, they bought Vince Refuse in Springfield and took on the customers but never communicated to us what and when and the first week it took 3 extra days to get my garbage picked up with lots of phone calls and emails. The following week we had to chase down the truck to take our garbage, called them and told them. Then the following week we had to do the same. Rumpke is a joke,ive had service with them for atleast the last 10 years and have never had service disconnected, they skipped my trash last week and it still has yet to be picked up,I'm looking into getting a different trash service because rumpke is the worst
Not worth 1 star. My trash.has not been picked up for 3 weeks. I've called 3 time a week. Assured supervisor will call me. And they will send a truck out to pick it up. Didn't happen. They won't credit my account saying I called on the wrong day.
I would give 0 stars but u have to put one. Rumpke yall need to do better.... first yall break the lid to my trashcan not to mention just throw our cans where ever they want but now they've destroyed the no trespassing sign we had up!!! Trashcans aren't cheap!! And the employees yall have could careless!! They are destroying our property!!! Last I checked they can be charged for destruction of personal property!!!!! The last 90 days in several occasions they have not picked up my trash. This month they've missed 3, My service day is Thursday when trash was not picked up, I called to complain I was told it was going to be investigated that was on a Thursday. I called Friday to confirm pickup since they missed Thursday and was told they don't have a dispatch and I would have to wait until I got home to see if it was picked up,... it was not I had to wait till Monday to speak with customer service and then I was told I had to wait another ... read more
First time in 20 years I've had an issue with Rumpke has been in the last year, I've had two major issues one with them not picking up trash that their contracted to do and two the rude customer service you get when you call to talk to them about it. The funny thing is is I only had two extra bags two extra small items an ironing board in my regular can and they refuse to pick it up but picked up next door neighbors 16 bags of garbage he had laying out on his curb interesting called rumpke and they basically said they'll try... read more
