just got off the phone with a rep to cancel my service on 11/16/23 asked her if i could pay my bill today so im not charged another day on the account she advised we dont give me that and that the bill will be prorated based on todays date have 6 weeks left that should not be billed and o want to make sure im not charged that. i switched because of the increase on my service found it cheaper with another provider also they had outsourced a third party to take payments for them over the phone but the third party will not emai... read more

Goin on two month now they have told me they will pick up this love seat in my yard and for two month nothing has happenes with it as they pic up my neighbors two large couches. Ive plastic wrapped it called every week and still the same run around we will get to it. Not to mention leaveing garage bags in my can and dumping my recyclables all over my yard. I wouldnt recomend anyone us their service. They are a JOKE TO SAY THE VERY LEAST. GO BEST WAY NEVER HAD THESE ISSUES.

My trash pick-up day is Monday, so trash cans are placed by the road on Sunday night. Three (3) weeks in a row, our trash has not been picked-up on Monday. Three (3) weeks in a row, I have to call customer service and ask when my trash will be picked-up. Three (3) weeks in a row I have been given **excuses or no excuse at all. Business will give a quote for a price when you call to cancel to keep you. Refuse to give a credit for the difference in price because they claim the bill was already sent for the next quarter even though they will send a bill 10 days later adding the services added during price match. When the next bill comes it is not what is quoted and they will say whoever gave the quote shouldn’t have done that and refuse to honor it even when you have it in writing and again refuse to give a credit for the price difference. Their AR Department is horrible. We sent a check to pay our bill over a week ago and they are stating that they still have not received it. All other companies we paid got the money and the bank confirmed that they received it.

Rumple has very ******customer service I called 3weeks ago to have my damaged van replaced and it still sets in front of my house and was supposed to pick it up 2 weeks ago

For 7 of the last 8-9 weeks, Rumpke has not picked up our recycling. They picked up our trash but not our recycling. We forgave them and asked for a credit. A 5-6 dollar credit for a 130 dollar bill was all we got. They continue to do this and we can't get our recycling picked up. No one is taking any accountability for any of their actions.

Absolutely the worst trash service ever. Not only have they thrown trash cans away completely but they spill trash and dont clean it up, leave cans in the road etc. no regard to property whatsoever. Never know what time they are coming, just ridiculous service
