Rumpke is the worst trash service ever. They skip our house every single week. We live here in *** *******ohio and can't ever get our trash picked up. We always end up emailing or calling them which is never documented. They could care less about customers. I'll never use them again and would never recommend them

I stopped my service with Rumpke over 2 months ago and they still have not picked up my trash can. They more or less tell you "We will leave our stuff on your property as long as we want and if it is not there when they decide to get it they send a bill for the can. If you refuse to pay the bill they turn in the bill to the customers credit report to damage the customers credit report in retaliation for throwing the can they refused to pick up away. THEY ARE AN EVIL CORPORATION...

This company gobbled up a smaller local company and took over their routes. You can really tell they pay their workers lower while simultaneously jacking up prices for customers. They constantly leave the lids open to collect rain water and have missed picking up my streets trash three times in the past several months. They also routinely leave the garbage cans in the street, posing a hazard to cars. Im am very dissatisfied by how this company operates.

They skip picking up our trash about 4 to 5 times a year and never make it right. We put our trash cans out by the road like we are suppose to and they just bypass our house. When we talk to someone each day this has happened thy say we have 48 hrs to come pick it up if they want to after missing it. They have never once come out and picked it up after missing to right the situation. So we pay for this service to not even receive the service we paid for.

I received my bill for December and January. They charged me for a Garbage container for October and November I don't possess. I took pictures and my neighbors don't have Rumpke cans either. I called there ***and the lady had me on speaker and was rude. Transferred to supervisor I ask why the charges she said catching up on billing...LMAO How do catch up on something I've never had or want. I have my own garbage container. Hasn't been a issue the past 29 months why Now...Bad business practices 29 not a issue why now....

just got off the phone with a rep to cancel my service on 11/16/23 asked her if i could pay my bill today so im not charged another day on the account she advised we dont give me that and that the bill will be prorated based on todays date have 6 weeks left that should not be billed and o want to make sure im not charged that. i switched because of the increase on my service found it cheaper with another provider also they had outsourced a third party to take payments for them over the phone but the third party will not emai... read more

Goin on two month now they have told me they will pick up this love seat in my yard and for two month nothing has happenes with it as they pic up my neighbors two large couches. Ive plastic wrapped it called every week and still the same run around we will get to it. Not to mention leaveing garage bags in my can and dumping my recyclables all over my yard. I wouldnt recomend anyone us their service. They are a JOKE TO SAY THE VERY LEAST. GO BEST WAY NEVER HAD THESE ISSUES.

My trash pick-up day is Monday, so trash cans are placed by the road on Sunday night. Three (3) weeks in a row, our trash has not been picked-up on Monday.
