Rumpke absolutely destroyed all three of my garbage cans within a relatively short period of time. One of their drivers even had the nerve to put an order a new can orange tag on one of my cans that they destroyed. I called customer service and they were absolutely no help. They told me It comes with the service. The BEST advice I can give anyone on here is to order your trash bins from *****and not from Rumpke. ***** offers a 10 year warranty on all their trash bins. Have had nothing but problems with pick up since December. I've called over 30 times, always told a supervisor will call me, that's happened once. Promised they'll get someone here, doesn't happen. Worst company ever! I feel sorry for the call center employees having to deal with this. I was told this is a daily problem in our area now . We've had them for years but are now looking for another company. If I could give them a zero rating I most definitely would. Beyond frustrated!!

Within the last 2 months we have had 3 Friday pickups that we put our trash out the night before and Rumpke never picked up. We called Rumpke before the days done to get them out and they did not show until the next following schedule, on Tuesday. Rumpke was supposed to pick up for our homeowners association on Thursday. No-show. We called, they offered to come out the next day. No-show on Friday, no-show on Saturday, no-show on Sunday, no show on Monday, despite calling them over and over. This is a colossal failure on their part. Please do not EVER use Rumpke!

Last week Rumpke skipped our trash pick up for an unknown reason. We called multiple times and they said that someone would be out within 24 Hrs, they never came back. This week we were skipped again so I called and spoke with customer service they sent someone out to pick up our trash. The driver only took half of the trash and left a note saying that it was a bulk pickup, also left a bunch of cardboard laying in my yard the trash he did take the cans were everywhere. Requested a final bill and never received it. Was never told how to return trash bins. ***** took it upon themselves trespass and take the trash cans. Had i been given the proper instructions they would've been returned but this absolutely gives them no right to come onto my property and take the bins. I'm very uncomfortable they thought this was okay especially with the location my trash cans were sitting. Regardless they had no right to step foot further than the curb.
