Horrible customer service. I call about every other week, if not weekly for failure to pick up. I'm told that I have to wait 48 hours after pickup day to complain. Then it's the weekend. Then we are a week without it getting picked up. And that's if we are lucky. And when I call, I tell that person how dissatisfied I am and they really don't care :) I will be looking for another trash company.

Rumpke Waste services is terrible for trash pick up. They have skipped our house at least 4 different times in the last 6 months (missing all the houses on our street) and refuse to give a credit even though they aren't providing the service we had paid for. Terrible customer service. Might as well be openly stealing.

There is no way that they can stay in business operating the way they do. I encourage all their employees to start looking for a job elsewhere

Dumpster service for my apartments has been terrible. My dumpsters are overflowing with human trash and I have been a long time customer. Recently service has gotten much worse and service has been sporadic and unreliable. Customer service (Mike in dispatch) lie to me about when the dumpsters will be serviced. Don't know how they have A+ rating! This type of service has been going on for months. I would switch service but there is no other.

The service broke the wheel of the canister on February 4, 2025. I initially called on February 5, 2025, and requested that the canister be exchanged. One week later, the can had not been exchanged so I called back for an update. I was told it would be 7-10 business days before the can would be exchanged. I called back today since it has been two weeks and was told that the service personnel at Rumpke had reported that the can wheel is not broken. They won't pick your trash up on time and typically drive right past it without picking it up, leaving you with several weeks of garbage to drag back to the curb. I'm talking about simple garbage nothing big. Customer service is a joke. Waste of money. 0 stars.
Zero stars here. Ive been billed for their service, without my permission, since November. I thought the paying customer, chooses the provider theyre paying for. Rumpke thinks differently. On top of that, their service, I didnt accept(I was never given the option), nor request, came 2 times. So, why am I being billed for service since November? Should I be receiving lot rent for the space their dumpster is taking up on my property? Terrible experience over all aspects.
If I could leave this company a zero star review I would! I have been waiting on a refund from my service that was canceled in NOVEMBER. It is now 2 days until February. I have been promised returned phone calls that never happen. I have been told they mailed it twice which also never happened. I have called 9 times to no avail. This company will take any penny they can get and run. Corporate was absolutely no help.
Have not had recycling pick-up since 12/16/2024 (over a month as of 1/20/2025). This is a frequent occurrence. Customer service is rude--tries to turn the issue around by accusing us of doing something wrong (e.g., having improper items in recycling bin or not putting can on the curb). However, this morning I saw the truck from a distance and it doesn't even turn down our street (which has only three pickups). Would give zero stars if I could.
