Customer Service Rep,Jo Linda ,agent ID 33116 greeted me with the utmost disposition to help. She listened patiently to my long speech and was always pleasant, and effective. She then transferred my call to Escrow Analysis agent Darren, ID DAA, after giving him a rundown of my request. He was equally excellent and effective.
