Rushmore unlike other companies really takes care of its customers! Whenever I called they always are there to help me navigate through theses covid times! Professional, fast, knowledgeable, and friendly!
Called into Customer Service and was incorrectly routed to a different department. Agent was politely apologetic and corrected my account so I would be routed correctly the next time I called. He then transferred me to Customer Service. My agent with customer service was equally as polite and helpful. My issue was resolved quickly. Thank You Rushmore.
