Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Unfortunately my mortgage was sold to them from Wells Fargo and now I’m stuck with them. All I asked for was a change in the date on my autopay and it took 3 mos for them to fix resulting in 3 late fees. When I requested the late fees be taken off due to their mistakes, I was denied! After waiting on hold for the necessary department to pick up for approximately 38 minutes, a rep answered. That was not the problem however. The problem was we were disconnected when we were almost through with the deferral information. The rep did not call me back after being disconnected, so I called back. OF COURSE, I did not get the same rep (after being on hold another 40 mins) and this rep could not connect me to my previous rep. Assumed loan and failed to transfer the insurance. Discovered when making claim 10 months after charging me for insurance but not providing. Now they are not taking responsibility and not restoring contracted insurance covering both claims as they stated in email. Shady mortgage company that screws over their payees when they screw up.

I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Unfortunately my loan was sold by Chase to them. If you are looking at them do a review search and read the reviews. I have been with them a month and it has been one thing right after another. Excuses for every problem. They blamed Chase, me and their policies. The worst is they let my homeowners insurance lapse. And then mailed the check to my insurance on October 28th that was due on October 22. I asked why they did not electronically send I and was told they do not do that... read more

Every time I called (several times) it’s like I wasn’t being heard on what my needs & questions were. All that the other person on the line was like they reading a script. It was very repetitive & I spoke to about (4) different persons. This was really frustrating.
