Poor customer service, inaccurate information and angry representatives. Manager did not return my call timely as she stated and when she did the following day, I was informed that other calls took priority. I would not recommend and would give a zero rating if possible. Staff could use training on how to appropriately and effectively communicate with clients!
As usual, Rushmore rep was rude and refused to cooperate. Hung up on me in the middle of a sentence! Such an awful company, top to bottom!
ABSOLUTE WORST Loan Servicing company I have experienced. PRAY that your loans do not end up in their hands. Hours of my life have been spent on hold, and going through their automated systems to get on a phone with another agent who fumbles through my accounts and logins only to offer no solution because they don't have direct access to their managers and their IT department.
