Application process went smoothly. We were kept well informed of the loan progress. Ruth and Mandi were a great team to work with. Everything was done electronically and it went well.
My wife and I discovered Ruth after we were having issues with our previous lender. We were weeks away with closing, and originally wanted to find a potential backup because of our lack of confidence with the other lender. Ruth was awesome, she made the process quick and broke every step down which was nice being a first time home buyer, I was referred to her by a friend who used her and she was as good as he made her sound! I will recommend her to any future people who ask who I used A+ service
