Throughout the process, Ruth displayed professionalism even in moments of mourning when her father passed away. Ruth was always available to answer my questions, even outside of her working hours, on holidays, and weekends. Ruth always answers my questions honestly. It was a pleasure to work with her because she not only answered all my questions, but also guided me through the entire process of obtaining the mortgage. I will definitely recommend her to others.

Ruth was really fantastic throughout our entire loan process, something that was a little complex, particularly once Covid got thrown into the mix. Ruth was patient, flexible and continually trying to find the best way through the process. Highly recommended, closing went off without a hitch and all paperwork was in and complete well in advance!
