Absolutely top notch white glove service from this time and I would highly recommend them for home financing. Like many others I met Ryan attending a homebuyer's education class. As a veteran I wanted to make sure my benefits were used to their full potential. I am very meticulous and wanted only the best to handle what is the biggest and most important financial investment of my life. Ryan is knowledgeable, trustworthy and has a great team. I will also add that there was never any pressure and the process was transparent.

I am very pleased with Ryan and his team. They were able to get me through the process faster than any major bank could. We were able to close the deal in just 18 days! Plus, Ryan provided me a loan commitment letter which made my offers much stronger. Even in offer's I lost, the seller's really respected the Cornerstone name and knew that it meant the financing was solid and would close quickly. As a first time home buyer, I would highly recommend Ryan and his team.

Ryan and his team work very well together. The process was smooth and every step was clearly explained to us. As first time home buyers, Ryan took time to answer all our questions. We only met once in person and everything else was done electronically or over the phone. They coordinated with buying agent, title and escrow and made sure we meet our closing date with absolutely no problem.

I've now done 2 loans through Ryan and team, and couldn't be more pleased with the service and speed from him and the team. As a first time home buyer, it was great to have his expertise and perspective on what the loan terms would mean for us long term and as an investment. The second go around had a bit more added complexity, but nonetheless was impressed again as he was always available for me to ask questions. I don't know why I would work with anyone else in the future.

My wife and I received fast and thorough service from the Niles team. We sat down with Ryan at the beginning and developed a game plan that made us look attractive and aligned with our budget. We got our loan with no issues and an interest rate that we thought was fair. There was constant communication between us and the lender that helped us learn and understand the home buying process.
