Ryan was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, which, thanks to him and the Cornerstone team, went very quickly! He was able to help us with pre approval and worked hard to get us a quick closing date when we found our home! Very professional, friendly, met us at our convenience, and always responded quickly to all communication.

Ryan and team take the headaches out of the process and help you understand what you need to do and when. Great service! They coordinated with my realtor team, title, escrow, and insurance without me having to ask for anything. When I had questions, they responded usually within an hour or two. Great experience

I really enjoyed working with Ryan and Inessa. They did a fantastic job. They were working under an extremely tight deadline, on a complicated loan and we were able to meet our closing date with absolutely no problem. They worked with my on a Section 184 Loan and with my Tribe, through their Down Payment Assistance Program. Everything was seamless. Ryan and the Niles Team made our first home buying experience an easy, stress free process. They were available for all our questions and really helped us understand the process. Closing was quick and easy. We bid on many homes, and lost most, but on each one they were there to help guide us all the way. When we eventually won our home, the financial side of things came easy and quick. We could recommend Ryan more for any first time homebuyer

I met Ryan through one of the classes he taught. I liked his style but still interviewed a few other lenders. After those interviews, I knew Ryan and Cornerstone were the one's I wanted to do business with. This proved to be the right choice til the end. My real estate agent also appreciated how on top of things Ryan and his team were throughout the process. As a first time home buyer, I had so many questions and Ryan and his team were there to answer them.

Hi world, this was my first home purchase, and Ryan's team did its best. The closing was fast, under 30 days, exactly as promised, and I was kept informed all the way through. As first-time home buyers in a really competitive market we were pretty apprehensive about the whole process. Ryan and his team were terrific. He sat us down and walked us through the entire process A to Z. No question was too big or too small. One of the most important pieces of the process, especially in this market is the ability to move quickly. Ryan was super responsive when it came time to get the ball rolling on an offer.
