Ryan and his team made funding a home a smooth and seamless process. They were so prompt and responsive that we were able to close within 2 weeks! Ryan and his team helped me through my first home purchase - I had no experience or knowledge on the process or how anything worked nor did I know what to expect. They took me through everything and gave me what I needed, answered all questions and clearly outlined what they needed - I gave them what they wanted and they did the rest! Wasn't sure how it would end up since i've never gone through the process, but they assured me they would take care of it and they delivered.

The Niles Team does kick butt when it comes to working their tails off. However, I would very strongly recommend against using their services due to questionable business practices, poor communication skills, and unprofessional demeanor.
