I was buying a house. My situation was a little complicated. Ryan came in and set everything straight. He made everything clear that needed to be done and got it done. My favorite thing about Ryan is that he texts you back. On top of his informative emails if I just had a quick question I was able to text him and he would quickly reply with the answers I needed. Ryan turned a complicated situation into smooth sailing all the way to closing. 10/10 would recommend.
