From the very first interaction with Ryan Parent at BB&T he was responsive to my needs, and thorough in his explanations of what needed to be done. Seeing as we were purchasing a property out of our home state, and would not be present for all of the paperwork and closing, it was comforting to be able to communicate regularly with Ryan knowing that he "had our backs" throughout the process.
Ryan was extremely helpful in walking me through the housing loan process. His overall knowledge and willingness to take the time to review different options was a huge help and enabled me to make the best choice for my situation. I have been a BB&T customer for many years, have financed several homes, and worked with different loan officers. I would highly recommend Ryan and BB&T to anyone making a home purchase at this time.
