Ryan provided excellent, detailed information on what needed to be done to get this loan in place. He was very easy to work with, answered questions efficiently and kept right on top of things so we stayed on track. He also jumped in to make some last minute adjustments to the closing package which my family greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Ryan to anyone looking for a mortgage.

Ryan did an outstanding job keeping was in the loop on what was needed and how the loan process was progressing. He took the time to come to the closing to make sure there were no issues.
He was very helpful and stayed in touch, which was very important as we live out of state. Whatever questions we had were answered quickly. We also recieved information both electronically and through the mail.
Ryan was very responsive - I never worried that I would have to chase him or wait days for an answer. He typically responded with a couple hours at the most! I am a pretty demanding person and like to be involved every step of the way - this would probably drive other loan officers crazy but he just went with the flow and let me be involved.
Everyrhing went well. I have used South State several times. Ryan was very helpful with the eintire process. I requested a fast closing and Ryan came thru and had a three week closing. Everything was completed by email and fax. Very helpful for time.
Ryan was very personable and let me know up front how the process works. He often communicated where I stood within the process and that was very helpful. He always gave me advanced warning on what documents were needed so nothing was ever rushed! He worked very well with my real estate agent and lawyer. If I ever want to purchase another home Ryan would be my go-to guy for financing!
