Ryan was extremely helpful in expediating our loan process with a high level of knowledge and most important sensitive to our needs to secure our note in a timely manner. He made himself available in off hours accomodating our work and life schedules. In addition he worked directly with both seller and buyer real estate agents in direct communication and as with us accomodating their timeframes and informational requests. I have to say, Ryan really worked magic for my loan. I was planning to relocate in about 6-9 months and during my visit, I seen the perfect house. I put an offer in and off to the races it was. I thought I would be able to transfer with my job, but found out that they did not have positions for my field. I resigned from my job, packed up everything and moved down to South Carolina on a wing and a prayer (lots of prayers). Ryan Parent is an extremely competent mortgage specialists. His knowledge of the process was outstanding. He made a daunting processs very easy. I appreciated his attention to details it was instrumental in making this a smooth and successful closing. I also want to mention the service does not stop once closing takes place he remains very helpful and responds quickly to phone calls and that is very important to me.
