Ryan was extremely helpful in expediating our loan process with a high level of knowledge and most important sensitive to our needs to secure our note in a timely manner. He made himself available in off hours accomodating our work and life schedules. I have to say, Ryan really worked magic for my loan. I was planning to relocate in about 6-9 months and during my visit, I seen the perfect house. I put an offer in and off to the races it was. I thought I would be able to transfer with my job, but found out that they did not have positions for my field. I resigned from my job, packed up everything and moved down to South Carolina on a wing and a prayer (lots of prayers). Ryan Parent is an extremely competent mortgage specialists. His knowledge of the process was outstanding. He made a daunting processs very easy. I appreciated his attention to details it was instrumental in making this a smooth and successful closing. I highly recommend Ryan Parent for your mortgage loan process. My first mortgage was in 1973 so I can confidently say I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly! From the very first interaction with Ryan Parent at BB&T he was responsive to my needs, and thorough in his explanations of what needed to be done. Seeing as we were purchasing a property out of our home state, and would not be present for all of the paperwork and closing, it was comforting to be able to communicate regularly with Ryan knowing that he "had our backs" throughout the process.
