We got in touch with NASB about their portfolio loan products when it began to appear that our conventional broker wasn't paying attention to our situation and was asking questions we'd answered weeks previously. At first this was as a back-up option but once we started working with Ryan, it became clear that he understood what we needed and would be able to help. I was a first time homebuyer with a great credit score. I shopped around for a lender and no one came close to offering me the interest rate that Ryan offered me. One lender even asked me how he was able to find an interest rate that low! He is also a great guy and took the time to explain the home buying process to me. He is also easy to get ahold of via phone call or text which was very important to me. Definitely recommend Ryan! I will never use a different lender!
