Ryan was very helpful and always available and ready to answer any question you may have and was willing to provide any assistance when needed. He also made himself available to be a liaison between myself and others within his organization to ensure the process was completed properly and on time. This was our second refinance with Ryan Pichardo at Wyndam Capital Mortgage and we couldn't be more pleased with the service and result. Ryan and Wyndam made the refinance process extremely straight forward and everything but the actual closing signatures were done online. So simple and the numbers remained close to the original estimate all the way through. Couldn't recommend Ryan enough (and have to my family and friends).

I was refinancing and this was my first time using lending tree and first time hearing of Wyndham. The rate almost seemed too good to be true, so I thought there would be a catch along the way. But everything went smoothly, and Ryan was knowledgeable, clear, and very responsive throughout. We closed without issues and I'd pick him again no question.

it was good to see each step in the refinance process completed as planned. Loan was properly structured so that I dont need pay from my packet for closing cost. The closning was done ontime and without moving out from my home. Closing agent visited my house and completed closing process in lessthan 30 minutes. I have refinanced and purchased over 10 homes. Ryan was by far the most efficient and communicative throughout the entire process. Wyndham Capital has an outstanding end-to-end process which makes it easy to manage and execute. I would highly recommend Ryan and Wyndham! I plan to use them again for my next refi!
