Chris was an pleasure to work with. He was extremely patient, readily available for any/all questions we had, explained things in a way that was easy to understand & beyond helpful from the very beginning. Through the roller coaster of emotions & stress that come along with purchasing a home, Chris put us at ease, walked us through every step, making sure we didn't get ahead of ourselves. If I could give more stars, I definitely would! Our family has used Ryan’s team for years, and they have an awesome reputation in the Auburn area. Ryan and his team made our refinance easy and stress free. Ryan was able to help us weigh our options and gave us excellent advice on which type of loan would be best for us. We were kept in the loop the whole time, and we received almost daily updates until the loan went through. The staff is super friendly and professional. We look forward to using them again in the future!
