After receiving a call from Ryan's office with the news that rates were very favorable and now would be a good time to re-fi, we began the process of rolling my loan to a conventional from an FHA. The process of doing so was lengthy, as I am partially self-employed, however the staff at Alpine Mortgage were helpful every step of the way.
