I have done two refinances with Ryan and have been super impressed both times. He made the process hassle-free and was always available to answer questions. I always felt like he had my back. I always knew where we were in the process and was guided through anything I didn't understand. I can't recommend Team Rivera enough!

Ryan helped us secure an FHA loan for our first home purchase almost 4 years ago. After home prices steadily crept up, one of Ryan's team members reached out to us and let us know it would be a great time to refinance and get rid of our FHA mortgage insurance. Just bought my second home and this was the second time I used Ryan and his team. Purchased my first home 6 years ago with no idea how it worked. Ryan made the process painless and very easy, 6 years later all I can say is WOW! Met with Ryan gave him and his team the needed paper work and sat back and let them do their magic. I just closed my refinance with Ryan and I must say it was a smooth process from initial contact with him and his office, to making accommodations to have the notary show up to my house at 6:30 on a week night. I was under a lot of pressure to make this happen in a certain time frame and he pulled through for me. I would definitely recommend Ryan and his staff and will certainly use them in the future.

I used Ryan and his team to finance my first home and even without a perfect cedit score they were able to help me make that huge step in life. Thank you guys! A year after my home purchase i received a call from them letting me know they could refinance and lower my interest rate almost a full percent. They made it very easy and are very helpful. This is the second time I have used Alpine Mortgage for my financing/refinancing needs. Ryan made the experience very easy. Ryan and his staff kept me informed throughout the entire process . This is usually a very intimidating process, but I felt as ease with asking questions and knowing that Ryan was always there to help me through the steps.
