Ryan and his team at Finance of America were fantastic in helping me secure a loan for a new home. They guided me through the process and made sure I was thoroughly informed. It took me months to find the right place, but Ryan and his team were ready to help on short notice when quick action was required. Ryan's Team in Auburn is absolutely fantastic!!! We were first time home buyers and unsure of how the entire process went down. Ryan walked us through all of our options and and even helped us get creative with buying a FSBO in our neighborhood. I have purchased several homes, and refinanced several mortgages. This was definitely the best experience I've had in what can be a "challenging" process. Ryan and his staff were extremely helpful and responsive. When I contacted Ryan to discuss the loan, he was able to offer some excellent alternatives that I had not considered. The loan closed much quicker than expected, and I was even able to submit documents online, and signed closing papers in my own home. I highly recommend Ryan and his team!
