Ryan was great to work with. He took the time to explain the financial elements of the home buying process and what to expect. He was diligent and kept the loan tasks on schedule. The best part about working with Ryan was his willingness to make himself available. Anytime I had a question, he was always prompt with an answer.
Very helpful, friendly but to the point, responsive to questions and concerns, and got the job done. Explained different loan options and conditions relevant to the unit in detail, always followed up with more detailed text when necessary, always prompted me when action was necessary, staff similarly friendly but direct.
