Ryan made the whole pre approval process go incredibly smooth and stayed in contact along the whole way from pre-approval to closing. This was not my first time buying property and in comparison I would recommend Ryan to everybody
Ryan was absolutely amazing. It was our first time buying a home and the terminology and financial wording can get overwhelming at times. He did a fantastic job of slowing it down for us to better understand, and answering all my questions, even if I ended up asking them three times. He is extremely patient, knowledgeable, and got back to us promptly when we had questions or concerns. I highly recommend Ryan as he was an absolute pleasure to work with! Ryan was very quick, He always provides the pre approvals with a text message. Ryan was always supportive during process and made the process very easy and seamless.
