Ryan, did everything he said he would do from start to finish. Rate was what he quoted, closing done when he estimated, answered all my questions literally day, night and weekends. I did not worry about anything. We are all extremely busy these days and it was nice to have the confidence in Ryan knowing he would take care of things. Total peace of mind. From the beginning, Ryan made my refi process simple and painless. He was extremely professional, organized, honest, and prompt with his follow-ups. I worked with Ryan to refinance my home. Considering how rates are falling and the pending cost of doing a refinance coming in the near future, I was really anxious to get this done. I initially was going with Rocket Mortgage, but found out they were charging me almost double the cost I ultimately ended up with.
