Beautiful home, lovely surroundings. Friendly staff.
My mother has been resident in Ryefield since March 2018 and has had excellent care in that time. The staff are courteous and very respectful of the residents. We have witnessed members of staff dealing very patiently with residents who have become upset or confused, and they managed to calm them and get them happy in their environment again.
I have always found carers very helpful. Down in the Bistro staff are so nice, helpful and friendly, always clean and tidy. Kitchen staff are very helpful and friendly. I would certainly recommend this home.
I enjoy going there and interacting with the people. I can't describe the feeling of satisfaction when I leave after every visit. The residents are looked after and very happy with the staff. The standard of hygiene is very high.
I find that the staff can't do enough for the residents. The most notable factor is the regular sound of laughter, which all the money paid cannot buy.
We had a fine dining family lunch. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The lounge/bar area and dining room beautifully presented. The three-course meal was very generous and very tasty. We have had great reviews from all the family about my Uncle and Aunts stay and would highly recommend Ryefield Court.
It is such a relief to know that Mum is being well cared for and is happily living at Ryefield Court. The staff team has worked hard to enable this, encouraging her to join in with activities and to meet other residents. They also strive to accommodate her individual needs. Fine dining experience. Wonderful service and pleasant atmosphere. So lovely for families to be able to do this without having to take residents outside in the cold.
It is always lovely to come and visit Ryefield. Staff are friendly and always happy to help. You can tell they really look after people who live very well.
